Return Policy
Plant Quality
If you receive a plant that appears damaged, unhealthy, or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and do ensure to record video while unpacking the package. We may request photographic or video-graphic evidence of the plant’s condition. Our team will review the case and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or issue a store credit for the value of the plant.
Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive an incorrect plant, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you, or we may offer a store credit for the value of the plant.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
As our plants are dispatched soon after orders are placed, cancellations are accepted only if the order has not been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and process a full refund.
Refund Policy
Perishable Nature
Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not offer refunds for plants that have been delivered and accepted by the recipient in good condition. Once the plant is delivered and accepted, the sale is considered final.
Refunds on Canceled Orders
If you cancel your order before the plants have been shipped, we will initiate a refund using the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
Handling and Care
We take utmost care in packaging and shipping plants to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. To maintain plant health, please unpack the plants immediately upon delivery and follow the care instructions provided with each shipment.
